Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange your order, please contact our Customer Service team to begin the process.

• Return Window: All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 21 days of the original shipping date.

• Exchanges: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item, as well as the shipping cost for the replacement item.

• Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

• Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps offset shipping costs and payment processing fees incurred by SunVisor Solutions.
